Quality management systems (ISO9000:2002)

Quality management systems provide a standard, documented manual of all of this information and can provide significant benefits to all types of small business. qclGroup can analyse your existing quality management procedures, produce a fully ISO9000:2002 compliant web based quality manual, with all of the relevant procedures and processes, and then work alongside the independent assessor to gain accreditation to the ISO standard.
Management information systems
