Health & Safety and Quality management systems for SME
A-Strip Environmental LLP enlisted the help of qclGroup to develop and enhance their existing health and safety systems after realising that in order to take the next step in growing their business they needed to show larger, corporate clients just how seriously they took their health and safety obligations. Following an in depth review of their business, potential customers and current processes qclGroup presented a number of options that would fulfil their aspirations.
After discussing all of their options with our consultants, they decided to take the following route:
Review and update their existing, comprehensive safety documentation and combine it with new policies and procedures to form an integrated safety management system.
The results are far more stremlined process that give many benefits to the organisation - better corporate standing; safer working practices and greater compliance; reduced administration costs.

Branding and website for acclaimed north-east artist
"I hadn't ever seen the need for a website, it's just another thing to think about and keep up to date" said nationally acclaimed artist Dallas K Taylor.
Dallas, who has been painting landscape and seascape oils on canvas for over 30 years, was among the many owners of smaller businesses who don't believe that a clearly branded, well thought out website can make any difference to their business. On the contrary, we told him.
The brief was simple - develop an online prescence to showcase Mr Taylor's work and allow people to commission work through the site. As with all of our branding and web design, it was very much a two way process, with the client having as much input as possible, before the final designs are approved. The results speak for themselves - a clean clearly branded website that exceeds the clients expectations in every way.
