What can a small business consultancy do for you?
Our aim is to take some of the responsibility and headaches away - the things that you really must do, either to comply with the law or just to help your business grow, but don't have the time or perhaps the skills necessary to do them. Our typical clients are small and medium sized businesses that employ between 5 and 75 people, but our services are equally applicable to any business size, from sole traders to organisations employing 100 members of staff or more.
To try and help you understand just what we have to offer, we've grouped our work into three categories - Business Management, Health & Safety and Web services - because these are the areas that require so much of your attention, but are most likely to be the things that you have the least time or skills to complete. Unfortunately these are also the things that can make a business succeed if done well, but often cause a business to fail if they're not paid enough attention.
