The four steps to starting your small business
We've broken our small business start-up package into four simple steps - we'll give you everything you need to start your business and the best bit is, you can work through them one at a time without having to commit to going all the way - what if your circumstances change, what if you decide that running your own business just isn't for you, or what if you work with us and find out that your great idea wasn't so great!! Doing things this way means that you can build your business at your own pace. So just what can we do for you.....
PLANNING
We'll sit down and discuss your idea face to face - we'll find out what you want to do, why you want to do it, what drives you, what you already understand about going into business and what your options are. We'll do some market research of your idea and give you some honest feedback about your potential customers and just as importantly, your potential competitors. You'll know by the end whether or not your idea is worth going further with or whether it's back to the drawing board!
DEVELOPMENT
Straight into the reality of running your own business. We're going to be working with you to develop marketing plans, business plans, financial forecasts and everything else you'll need to survive. We'll be looking at the nuts and bolts of running your business - whether to be a sole trader or limited company; how to source funding and grants; where to locate your business for maximum commercial benefit; where to source equipment, materials and services that you'll need. The mechanics of your business are now in place and ready to trade with all of the supporting services and documents in place.
BRANDING, MARKETING AND PROMOTION
The look and feel of your company is a big deal. Customers buy from people they trust and this is where your branding plays a big part. We'll work with you to design your company logo and all of the other things that support it. We'll develop a bespoke website to meet the current and future needs of your business and we'll develop a marketing and sales strategy that will get you the customers you need either locally or nationally, both online and through conventional media. This is where things get moving - you'll be building up your business from the most solid foundations available, where it goes from here is up to you and your hard work.
ON-GOING SUPPORT
Unlike most other companies, we want to help and support your new business and see it grow and flourish. Whatever you need, from occasional advice to our full and undivided attention to develop a specialist management system, we'll be there.
